| 摘 要： | 目的观察温针透刺治疗老年膝骨关节炎疗效,并与电针治疗做比较分析。方法采用多中心、随机对照临床实验方法,将105例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组55例采用温针透刺技术,对照组50例采用电针技术。结果治疗组的WOMAC量表疼痛减轻程度、关节僵硬减轻程度、功能丧失减轻程度,以及WOMAC量表总分值减轻程度均高于对照组。结论透刺温针疗法与电针疗法相比,在改善疼痛、僵硬、功能困难方面都有较显著的疗效,是老年膝骨关节炎有效的治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of warm point-to-point needling on senile knee osteoarthritis and compare it with that of electroacupuncture. Methods A clinical multicenter randomized controlled trial was designed. One hundred and five patients with senile knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 55 patients received warm point-to-point needling and the control group,electroacupuncture. Results WOMAC pain,ankylosis and afunction scores and total score decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Warm point-to-point needling has a marked reducing effect on the pain,stiffness and dysfunction in comparison with electroacupuncture and is an effective way to treat senile knee osteoarthritis. |
