活血通窍刺灸法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

目的观察活血通窍刺灸法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将176例患者随机分为治疗组（89例）和对照组（87例）。治疗组针刺膈俞、风池、百劳穴，同时灸百会、上星穴；对照组口服西比灵。结果活血通窍刺灸法能提高临床综合疗效，显著提高主观指标积分，显著提高体征积分，明显改变血液动力学，其作用优于对照组，并发现治疗组远期疗效明显优于对照组。结论活血通窍刺灸法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效肯定。

Clinical study on the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy by blood-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture and moxibustion

Objective To investigate the efficacy of blood-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture and moxibusion for treating vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy. Methods Points Geshu, Fengchi and Bailao were acupunctured and, meanwhile, points Baihui and Shangxing moxaed in a treatment group. Flunarizine was orally taken in a control group. Results Blood-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture and moxibustion could significantly improve the global curative effect clinically, increase the subjective index score and the sign score and change hemodynamics. The effect was better than in the control group. It was also found that the long-term effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Blood-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture and moxibustion has an exact effect on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.
