针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的临床研究

目的 观察针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效。方法 依据中医治疗本病以肾为主的法则，取关元、中极、子宫、三阴交为主，治疗女性更年期综合征30例。结果 针刺治疗本病总有效率为90％，其中显效率57％，有效率33％。并且发现针刺后患者的血清内分泌较针刺有明显的改变（P＜0．05）。结论 初步认为针刺对机体的神经内分泌系统可起到综合的调节作用；可以使紊乱的植物神经内分泌功能重新恢复到稳态，从而消除或减轻女性更年期的各种临床症状。

Research on Acupuncture Treatment of Female Climacteric Syndrome

Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on female climacteric syndrome.Method Guanyuan(CV4), Zhongji(CV3), Zigong(Ex CA1), and Sanyinjiao(SP6) were selcted as main acupoints to treat 30 cases of female climacteric syndrome according to TCM principle of aiming mainly at the kidney in the treatment of this disease. Results The total effective rate from acupuncture treatment of this disease was 90%, of which, the marked effective rate was 57%, the effective rate was 33%. It was found in the patients that serum endocrine hormones changed significantly after acupuncture as compared with before it ( P <0.05).Conclusion It is preliminarily considered that acupuncture has a comprehensive regulating effect on bodily neuroendocrine system and can restore the dysfunctional vegetative nervous and endocrine systems to a stable state, removing or reliving various clinical symptoms of female climacteric syndrome.
