不同针刺方法治疗多发性抽动症临床观察

目的观察头体针与体针对多发性抽动症的临床效果,寻找提高针刺疗效的更佳方法。方法57例患者随机分为治疗组31例,对照组26例,治疗组采用头针与体针并用治疗,对照组单用体针治疗,1个月为1疗程。共治疗3个疗程,对比观察两组治疗前后耶鲁综合量表评分变化情况。结果治疗组患者临床痊愈2例,显效4例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率77.4%(24/31)。对照组患者临床痊愈0例,显效3例,有效9例,无效14例,总有效率46.2%(12/26)。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头体针并用治疗多发性抽动症总有效率优于单用体针治疗。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Tourette's Syndrome by Different Acupuncture Methods

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of scalp-body acupuncture with body acupuncture in treating Tourette's syndrome and seek a better method for improving the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.Methods Fifty-seven patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 31 cases and a control group of 26 cases. The treatment group was treated by a combination of scalp and body acupuncture and the control group,by simple body acupuncture. One course of treatment consisted of one month. A total of three treatment courses were administered. The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Of the treatment group,cure occurred in 2 cases,marked effectiveness in 4 cases,effectiveness in 18 cases and ineffectiveness in 7 cases,with a total efficacy rate of 77.4% (24/31). Of the control group,cure occurred in 0 cases,marked effectiveness in 3 cases,effectiveness in 9 cases and ineffectiveness in 14 cases,with a total efficacy rate of 46.2% (12/26). There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The total efficacy rate is better in the treatment group than in the control group.
