温针治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

目的观察温针治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将98例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为温针组和电针组,两组均取肩髃、肩髎、天宗等穴治疗,每日治疗1次,10次为1疗程,经3个疗程治疗后比较疗效结果。结果温针组和电针组治疗肩关节周围炎的总有效率分别为91.8%和81.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肩关节镇痛方面温针组和电针组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在肩关节运动功能方面温针组和电针组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温针治疗肩关节周围炎在镇痛、肩关节运动功能等方面疗效优于电针组。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Shoulder Periarthritis by Warm Needling

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of warm needling on shoulder periarthritis.Methods Ninety-eight shoulder periarthritis patients were randomly allocated to warm needling and electroacupuncture groups.Points Jianyu(LI 15),Jianliao(TE 14) and Tianzong(SI 11) were selected for treatment of both groups.Treatment was given once daily.One course of treatment consisted of 10 times.The therapeutic effects were compared after three courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 91.8% in the warm needling group and 81.6% in the electroacupuncture group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the relief of shoulder arthralgia between the warm needling and electroacupuncture groups(P<0.01).There was also a statistically significant difference in shoulder joint motor function between the warm needling and electroacupuncture groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of warm needling on shoulder periarthritis is superior to that of electroacupuncture in relieving pain and improving shoulder joint motor function.
