针药结合治疗广泛性焦虑症临床观察

目的观察疏肝理气、清心除烦中药结合针刺治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效。方法治疗组用针刺结合中药治疗40例,对照组采用口服多虑平治疗38例,治疗前、中、后均作焦虑自评量表(SAS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为82.50%、84.21%,两组治疗前后SAS组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间痊愈显效率、总有效率及SAS评分比较无差异(P>0.05),但副反应对照组显著高于治疗组(P<0.01)。结论针刺结合中药治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效确切,且毒副反应轻微。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of General Anxiety Disorder by Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine

Objective To investigate the efficacy of depressed liver-relieving and vexation-removing herbal medicine plus acupuncture for treating general anxiety disorder.Methods A treatment group of 40 cases was treated with acupuncture plus herbal medicine and a control group of 38 cases,with oral Doxepin.The curative effects were evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before,during and after treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 82.50% in the treatment group and 84.21% in the control group.There was a significant difference in SAS in both groups(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in cure and marked efficacy rate,total efficacy rate and SAS between the two groups(P>0.05),but the side effect was more serious in the control group than in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus herbal medicine has an exact curative effect on general anxiety disorder with mild toxic side effects.
