“强督通经”针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察“强督通经”针剌法与传统针刺法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面的疗效差异。方法将328例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组238例和对照组90例。治疗组采用“强督通经”针刺法，对照组采用传统针刺法。结果治疗组临床治愈率及总有效率分别为61．8％和95．8％，而对照组临床治愈率及总有效率分别为25．5％和73．3％，两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后疼痛症状及计分均较本组治疗前明显降低（P〈0．0l，P〈0．05），且治疗组治疗前后疼痛症状及计分差值与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论“强督通经”针刺法是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Du-reinforcing and Meridian-unblocking Acupuncture in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To compare the efficacy of Du-reinforcing and meridian-unblocking acupuncture with conventional acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Three hundred and twenty-eight patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 238 cases and a control group of 90 cases. The treatment group received Du-reinforcing and meridian-unblocking acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Results The clinical cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 61.8% and 95.8%, respectively, in the treatment group and 25.5% and 73.3%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pain was markedly relieved and its score was significantly lower than before （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in post-treatment pain severity and pre-/post-treatment score difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Du-reinforcing and meridian-unblocking acupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
