针刺颈枕八穴治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

目的观察针刺颈枕八穴对颈性眩晕的治疗效果。方法480例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各240例,治疗组采用针刺颈枕八穴;对照组采用口服抗眩药及静脉滴注扩血管药。分别于第1疗程结束后和第2疗程结束后比较两组痊愈率。结果第1、2疗程结束后治疗组痊愈率分别为55.8%、71.7%,对照组痊愈率19.6%、25.4%,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.005)。同时,治疗组无骨性病理改变病例痊愈率为80.5%,有骨性病理改变病例痊愈率为64.4%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论针刺颈枕八穴治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于口服抗眩药加静脉滴注扩血管药,对无骨性病理改变的颈性眩晕病例疗效更佳。

Clinical observations on Acupuncture of Nape-Occipital Eight Points for Cervical Vertigo

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture of nape-occipital eight points in treating cervical vertigo.Methods Four hundred and eighty patients with cervical vertigo were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,240 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture of nape-occipital eight points.The control group took anti-vertigo drugs and received intravenous drip of vasodilators.The cure rates were compared between the two groups at the end of the first and the second treatment course.Results The cure rates at the end of the first and the second treatment course were 55.8% and 71.7%,respectively,in the treatment group and 19.6% and 25.4%,respectively,in the control group.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.005).The cure rates was 80.5% in the treatment group of patients without the osseous lesion and 64.4% in the treatment group of patients with the osseous lesion.There was a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.005).Conclusion Acupuncture of nape-occipital eight points produces a better therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo than oral administration of anti-vertigo drugs plus intravenous drip of vasodilators.It has a better therapeutic effect in cervical vertigo patients without the osseous lesion.
