| 摘 要： | 目的观察项针加康复训练对改善脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的治疗效果。方法将符合入选标准的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用随机对照法，分为两组，每组30例，对照组进行常规康复训练，治疗组在常规康复训练基础上进行项针治疗。结果两组患者治疗后，洼田氏饮水试验疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论项针配合康复训练能改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能，提高患者的生存质量，其效果优于单纯康复训练。
