| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺、推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将临床收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者163例随机分为三组,针刺配合推拿组57例、单纯针刺组54例、单纯推拿组52例.观察治疗前后临床症状的改变.结果 针刺配合推拿组疗效比单纯针刺组、单纯推拿组好(P<0.05).结论 针刺配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于单纯针刺、单纯推拿治疗.
