| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针灸与中药并用治疗抑郁症的效果。方法将98例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例,采用头皮针、电针(百会、神庭、太冲、内关、关元、足三里、三阴交)配中药逍遥散加味。对照组46例,采用中药逍遥散加味。结果治疗组总有效率为94.23%,对照组总有效率为78.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合中药治疗抑郁症疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on depression.Methods Ninty-eight depression patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 52 cases was treated with scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture(Baihui,Shenting,Taichong,Neiguan,Guanyuan,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao) plus Chinese medicine,modified Ease Powder and the control group of 46 cases,only with Chinese medicine,modified Ease Power.Results The total efficacy rate was 94.23% in the treatment group and 78.26% in the control group;there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine has a marked effect on depression. |
