针刺配合隔物灸治疗中风后尿失禁疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合隔物灸治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将61例中风后尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺加隔物灸治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。3个疗程后比较两组患者排尿频率及膀胱最大容量。结果两组患者经治疗后排尿频率具有明显改善（P〈0.01）;两组患者治疗后膀胱最大容量比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺配合隔物灸可以提高中风后尿失禁患者的临床疗效,且优于单纯针刺。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Indirect Moxibustion in Treating Post-stroke Urinary Incontinence

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence.Methods Sixty-one patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 31 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion and the control group,acupuncture alone.Urinary voiding frequencies and maximum bladder capacities were compared between the two groups of patients after three courses of treatment.Results Voiding frequency improved significantly in the two groups of patients after treatment（P 〈0.01）.There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in maximum bladder capacity between the two groups of patients（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion can clinically improve the therapeutic effect on post-stroke urinary incontinence.Its effect is superior to that of acupuncture alone.
