针推结合治疗隐性脊柱裂遗尿的临床研究

目的：观察针推结合治疗隐性脊柱裂遗尿的临床疗效，探索检测疗效的量化指标。方法：对40例患者进行临床疗效观察及治疗前后B超检查，观察对比膀胱容量大小，有无残余尿及量的变化。结果：临床总有效率90%，治疗前后膀胱容量变化有显著性差异（P＜0.05)，其中有残余尿者11例，治疗前后残余尿量变化有非常显著的差异（P＜0.01)。结论：本方法能够增加膀胱容量，减少残余尿量。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Occult Cleft Spine Enuresis by Acupuncture Co mbined with Massage

Objective To observe the effects of occult cleft spine by acupuncture combined with massage, and explore the quantitative indices of the therapeutic effect. Methods In the forty cases, clinical observation of the therapeutic effect was carried out, and B-ultrasonography was performed for the comparison of bladder capacity and the measurement of residual urine before and after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate was 90%. There was a significant difference in bladder capacity between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P<0.05), among them, 11 cases had residual urine. There was a very significant difference in the change of residual urine volume between pre-treatment and post-treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion This method can increase the bladder capacity and decrease residual urine volume.
