针药结合治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究

目的：比较针药结合治疗与单纯针刺治疗对阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者智能、认识能力及生活自理能力的影响。方法；两组中中层得各21例，治疗补肾益髓为主，祛瘀化浊为辅；评定各种神经心理量表治疗前后得分，并做自身治疗前后及两组间比较。结果：两组均能改善智能状态及认知能力，在远所记忆力、时空定向力、计算力及生活自理能力的提高方面，针药组比针刺组效果好（P＜0.05)。结论：针药结合治疗的疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

The Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease by the Combination of Acupuncture and Medic ine

Purpose To compare the effects of acupuncture plus medicine and simple acupuncture on intelligence, gnosia and life self-care ability in AD patients. Methods Each of the two groups had 21 cases. A score was counted according to various neuropsychology scales before and after treatment. A comparison was made between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the same patient and between the two groups. Results Intelligence and gnosia were ameliorated in both groups. The improving effects on recent and remote memory, spatiotemporal orientation, calculation ability and life self-care ability were better in acupuncture plus medicine group than in simple acupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture plus medicine is better than that of simple acupuncture.
