| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺太冲、足三里治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法临床确诊高血压病患者46例,按自愿、双盲原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组每天针刺太冲、足三里,早晚各1次;对照组给予安慰剂口服,一次2片,每天2次。两组每个疗程均为7d,观察患者的血压下降水平。2个疗程后分别观察其疗效,观察两组血压变化。结果治疗组在针刺治疗后血管紧张素转换酶（ACE）表达逐渐升高,在第14天时升高最明显,且明显高于对照组,对照组则无明显升高;与治疗后相比两组收缩压与舒张压均下降,而与对照组相比治疗组经治疗后舒张压下降更明显。结论针刺太冲、足三里能有效降低高血压病患者的血压。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Taichong(LR3) and Zusanli(ST36) in hypertension. Methods Forty-sixty patients diagnose exactly with hypertension were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received acupuncture at Taichong and Zusanli twice, in the morning and afternoon respectively, every day and the control group took placebo 2 tablets twice daily.
