| 摘 要： | 在参附汤和葶苈大枣泻肺汤基础上，结合临床证经验选加丹参、枳实等中药而制成的正心注射液，具有温补心肾、活血化阏、蠲痰化饮之功效。本实验以西地兰为对照，观察了正心注射液对衰竭蛙心的影响和其治疗宽度。

| Abstract: | Zhengxin injection, with effects of warming and invigorating heart and kidney, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm, was prepared on the basis of decoction of Ginseng and Prepared Aconite as well as decoction of Lepidium Seed and Jujube for removing phlegm from the lung, adding Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Immature Bitter, etc. In this study, the effects of this medicine on frogs with heart failure was observed and comparied with those of cedilanid. Results showed that the effect of Zhengxin injection in strenthen-ing myocardial contractility was similar to that of cedilanid, but the effect in increasing cardiac output was superior to that of cedilanid (p<0.05), the therapeutic range was also far wider than that of cedilanid(p<0.01). Above results suggest that Zhengxin injection is a safe and effective Chinese herbal medicine for treatment of heart failure. |
