| 摘 要： | 作者采用活血化痰开窍法对３２例慢性呼吸衰竭急性发作患者，进行治疗前后对比分析。结果显示显效１９例，占５９．４％；有效９例，占２８．１％，。无效４例，占１２．５％； 有效率为８７．５％，治疗前后患者ＰａＯ２，ＰａＣＯ２，ＡａＤＯ２，ＲＩ等指标明显改善。

| Abstract: | 32 cases with acute attack of chronic respiratory failure were treated by promoting blood circulation, resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation. Results showed that 19 cases (59. 4%) markedly effective, 9 cases (28. 1%) improved and 4 cases (12. 5%) ineffective, the total effective rate was 87. 5%. P_(a)O_(2), P_(a)CO_(2), A-aDO_(2) and RI had been markedly improved after treatment. Analysis showed that the curative effects was related to the kind of disease and the patient's condition, and also the effects were similar in the treatment of three TCM types of this disease (phlegm-heat stagnancy in the lung; phlegm-damp accumulation in the lung; phlegm confuse the mind). All results indicate this method is a main effective principle for the treatment of acute attack of chronic respiratory failure. |
