整脉液抗兔失血性休克的实验观察

摘    要:通过4组失血性休克兔血压,脉压和达到5小时的生存数等几项对比法的研究以及肺、肝组织切片光学显微镜和股动脉切片电子显微镜下对比观察,表明整脉液不论休克前或休克后用药,都有明显抗失血性休克作用。其抗休克机理和稳定内外环境动态平均的关系,还有待另文继续探讨。

Abstract:Four groups of rabbits with hemorrhagic shock were used as subjects of experiment. Comparative studies of their blood pressure, pulse pressure and number of survivors up to 5 hours,and contrastive observations of their lung and liver sections under a light microscope as well as sections of their femoral artery under a electron microscope revealed that Zheng Mai liquor, administered whether before or after experimental shock, had obvious effect in combating hemorrhagic shock in comparison with control groups.The relationship between the antishock mechanism and the stabilization of inner and outer envionment dynamic equilibrium (self stability) remains to be dealt with in another paper.
