| 摘 要： | 目的 观察参附注射液对长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP)方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)引起的毒副反应的影响.方法 将50例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,两组均采用NP方案治疗,共2周期.治疗组在化疗同时加用参附注射液静滴.观察两组患者毒副反应及患者生存质量.结果 治疗组血液毒性及恶心呕吐症状较对照组轻,且Karnofsky(KPS)评分高于对照组.结论 参附注射液能减轻NP方案引起的血液毒性,提高老年NSCLC患者生存质量.
