| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病主要中医证型的分布规律,并分析中医证型与冠状动脉造影及血脂的关系。方法运用临床流行病学的调查方法,对166例接受冠脉造影的冠心病患者进行中医辨证分型,同时检测血脂水平,分析各个证型与血脂以及冠状动脉的狭窄程度和病变支数的相关性。结果冠心病以瘀血痹阻证为主要证型。瘀血痹阻证和痰凝心脉证均以3支病变为主,较心气虚弱证病变支数多,病变程度严重;痰凝心脉证患者的甘油三酯水平高于其他证型,而总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B水平各证型相近。结论冠脉造影结果及血脂水平与中医证型有一定的相关性,可以作为中医辨证分型的参考。
