| 摘 要： | 目的观察以肺部感染控制窗（PIC窗）为切入点对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者进行为期6个月＂六字诀＂中医肺康复后的临床疗效评价。方法将AECOPD患者随机分为中医康复组和对照组,以PIC窗开启为切入点,中医康复组予以练习传统中医功法＂六字诀＂联合西医常规治疗,对照组予以西医常规治疗,总时间为6个月,观察两组治疗前后辅助呼吸肌动用评分、呼吸困难评分（MRC评分）、6min步行距离（6MWT）,并记录其呼吸频率、血压及指末氧饱和度的前后变化。结果两组治疗前后辅助呼吸肌动用评分、MRC评分、6MWT均有显著差异,中医康复组明显优于对照组;两组呼吸、心率、血压及指末氧饱和度治疗前后均无明显差异。结论对AECOPD患者以PIC窗为切入点行中医肺康复治疗,可以缓解呼吸肌疲劳,改善呼吸困难,提高活动能力,具有一定的可行性。
