益气化痰通络方治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的 观察益气化痰通络方治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 将173例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组87例采用西医规范化治疗,治疗组86例在西医治疗基础上加用益气化痰通络方,疗程均为14d.结果 治疗组治总有效率95.35％明显高于对照组的77.01％（P＜ 0.01）.治疗组治疗后临床症状积分显著改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力评分以及生活质量评分显著改善,其效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 益气化痰通络方治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著.

Clinical Observation of Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Yiqihuatantongluo Decoction

Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqihuatantongluo Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 173 cases with acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into 2 groups. 87 cases in control group were given western medicine treatment while 86 cases in treatment group on the basis of western medicine were given Yiqihuatantongluo Decoction for 14 days. Results： Total effective rate in treatment group was 95.35%, which was obviously higher than 77.01% in control group （P〈 0.01 ）. Clinical symptoms integral in treatment group were significantly improved. Compared with control group,there were significant statistical differences （P〈 0.01 ）. Blood rheological index and neural function defect scale ,daily life ability score and quality of life scores improved significantly after treatment. Compared with control group, there were statistically significant differences （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqihuatantongluo Decoction is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
