祛风解毒活络汤治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

目的 评价祛风解毒活络汤治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效.方法 将60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例.对照组用常规针药治疗,治疗组加用祛风解毒活络汤内服.结果 治疗组耳后疼痛缓解时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组7d后面瘫急性伴随症状缓解情况、60 d后面神经功能恢复情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗组总有效率96.67％,对照组总有效率90.00％ （P＜ 0.05）.结论 祛风解毒活络汤治疗周围性面瘫有显著疗效,能有效缓解患者临床症状及体征,提高治愈率.

Clinical Observation of Qufengjieduhuoluo Decoction on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qufengjieduhuoluo Decoction on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 60 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups including 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in treatment group. The control group were treated on conventional medication and acupuncture. Beside these ,the treatmentt group were used Qufengjieduhuoluo Decoction. Results： In the treatment group,the continuance of pain behand the ear was shorter obviously than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The treatment group had better effects on alleviating the clinical symptoms and characterization in the acute stage after 7 days and resuming the fuction of the facial never after 60 days （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67% and 90.00% respectively（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qufengjieduhuoluo Decoction has significant effect to treat peripheral facial paralysis.It is can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and characterization to improve the cure rate.
