| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痰热清注射液配合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性发作的疗效及其作用机制。方法将COPD急性发作期患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规治疗,联用组加用痰热清注射液,观察两组临床疗效并检测患者血清IL-13、LTB-4的含量和肺功能变化。结果联用组显效率明显高于常规组,对血清IL-13、LTB-4及肺功能的改善情况亦优于常规组。结论在常规疗法的基础上联用痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性发作能明显提高临床疗效,这可能与痰热清注射液能明显降低患者IL-13和LTB-4的分泌,减轻由其活化所致的炎症反应,改善肺功能有关。
