| 摘 要： | 目的进行平衡针结合中药辨治颈性眩晕的疗效评价。方法纳入颈性眩晕急性发作患者63例,随机分为两组,对照组根据辨证使用中药治疗,治疗组在中药治疗的基础上加用平衡针治疗,进行疗效评价。结果两组治疗后积分较治疗前有明显提高;治疗组治疗后第3日和第7日评高于对照组;治疗第14日两组评分差异无统计学意义。结论两种疗法对颈性眩晕急性发作的症状及生活质量有一定改善作用;治疗组治疗颈性眩晕急性发作的近期疗效优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and balance acupuncture therapy on cervical vertigo.Methods:63 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given the traditional Chinese medicine and the the treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine and balance acupuncture.These clinical effects in 2 groups were evaluated after treatment.Results:Scores after treatment in 2 groups were significantly increased.There were some obvious differences in scores at the 3rd day and the 7th day of 2 groups after treatment.Meanwhile,the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.In the 14th day,there was no remarkable difference in 2 groups.Conclusion:Both treatments for acute cervical vertigo have certain effects in the symptoms improvment and the quality of life.The short-term effect in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group. |
