毫火针留针法治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛急性发作加重的临床观察

目的观察毫火针留针法对于膝骨关节炎疼痛急性发作加重的临床疗效。方法将68例患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各34例,分别给予普通针刺和毫火针留针法治疗,治疗前后分别用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、麦克马斯特大学关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分以及血液流变学指标对疾病进行评定,以评估临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS疼痛评分、WOMAC评分(包括疼痛度评分、日常活动困难度评分和僵硬度评分)、血液流变学指标(包括全血黏度低切值、全血黏度中切值、全血黏度高切值、红细胞聚集指数以及血浆黏度)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论毫火针留针法对于膝骨关节炎疼痛急性发作加重患者局部疼痛的症状以及膝关节的功能均有很好的改善作用,疗效确切。

Clinical Study of Miliform-fire Needle Retention in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Acute Attack and Aggravation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of miliform-fire needle retention on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)acute attack and aggravation.Methods:A total of 68 patients with KOA acute attack and aggravation were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)by random number table method and were treated with common acupuncture and miliform-fire needle retention respectively.The VAS pain score,WOMAC score and blood rheology index were used to evaluate the disease before and after treatment respectively,to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain score,WOMAC score(including pain score,daily activity difficulty score and stiffness score)and blood rheology index(including whole blood viscosity,the index of erythrocyte aggregation and plasma specific viscosity)were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Miliform-fire needle retention can improve the symptoms of pain and the knee function of patients with KOA acute attack and aggravation efficiently.
