| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用中药麻白合剂雾化吸入治疗42例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,与西药雾化吸入治疗35例对比,结果显示治疗组临床控制及显效率66.7%,总有效率92.9%;对照组临床控制及显效率42.9%,总有效率为74.3%,经统计学处理,两者均有显著性差异(p<0.05).治疗后治疗组患者EOS显著下降(p<0.05),与对照组相比差异明显(p<0.05).临床观察结果提示本方法能使药物直接作用于气道,标本兼治,有良好的祛痰止咳平喘功效,具有抗炎、抗变态反应的作用.

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effects of 48 cases of bronchial asthma treated by inhalation of ultrasonic spray of Ephedrae and Semen Ginkgo mixture,and another 35 control patients treated by inhalation of spray of Western medicine were reported. The marked effective rate was 66.7% and the total effective rate was 92. 9% in Chinese herbal group in control group they are 42. 9% and 74. 3% respectively. Statistics showed significant difference between two groups (p<0. 05). After treatment EOS was markedly reduced in Chinese herbal group,the decrease was more significant than that of control group (p<0. 05). Clinical results demonstrate that this therapy helps the drugs act directly on the respiratory tract to achieve the effects of resolving phlegm, relieving cough and asthma, and it also has functions of antiinflammation and antiallergy. |
