| 摘 要： | 本文报道测定年轻男性湿热证病人的体液免疫水平.结果显示病人血清中的IgA、IgM、IgG、C_3水平与正常人相比显著升高,其中IgA、IgM p<0.01,IgG、C_3 p<0.05;而C_4与正常人相比p>0.05,差别不显著.同时以此为基础,探讨了湿热证的一些发病机理和特点.

| Abstract: | The levels of humoral immunity in younger male patients with damp-heat syndrome was measured. Results showed that the contents of serum IgA,IgM,IgG and C3 in this patients were significantly higher than those of health persons(p<0. 01 in former two indexes,p<0. 05 in latter two indexes). The level of C4 had no significant difference between the patient group and the healthy group(p>0. 05). The paper also discusses the pathogenic mechanism and the characteristics of damp-heat syndrome. |
