小儿肺炎并发心衰52例临床观察

本文将小儿肺炎并发心衰分为痰热闭肺、气阴两亏、阳气虚衰三种证型,分别采用宣肺开闭、补益气阴、回阳固脱的治疗方法,配合西医对症处理,通过对52例临床观察,得出:心衰纠正时间1天内占13％,2天占21％,3天占31％,4天占12％,5～7天占15％,8天占4％,平均1.4天能够得到纠正。同时还提出了本病的病机特点及用药规律,对治疗本病确有疗效的一些中药进行了探讨分析。

Clinical Observations on TCM Treatment of 52 Children With Pneumonia Complicated by Heart-failure

53 children with pneumonia complicated by heart-failure were classified into 3 TCM syndromes: accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lungs, deficiency of both qi and yin, insufficiency of yang- qi. They were treated differently by ventilating the lungs, invigorat- ing qi and yin, recuperating depleted yang, supplemented with symp- tomatic treatment with Western drugs. It was found that the heart- failure was corrected in all patients in 1 to 8 days (mean 1.4 days) after treatment. In the paper, the author discussed the pathologic mechanism of this disease and the administration of the medicines.
