和解少阳法治疗哮喘急性发作的临床研究

目的观察和解少阳法治疗哮喘急性发作期热哮证的临床疗效。方法将120例符合纳入标准的哮喘急性发作期热哮证患者随机分为两组,各60例。治疗组口服小柴胡汤加味,对照组口服定喘汤。每日1剂,连续服药9 d为1疗程。结果治疗组控显率85.00%明显高于对照组68.33%;治疗组用药生效时间短于对照组。两组治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值计数均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组治疗后下降程度优于对照组,治疗组治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞复常率高于对照组。结论和解少阳法对哮喘急性发作期热哮证具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Research of Reconciling Shaoyang Method on Acute Attatck of Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of reconciling Shaoyang method on heat type of acute attack in bronchial asthma.Methods:120 patients of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 equal groups which included the treatment group with Xiaochaihu Decoction and the control group with Dingchuan Decocotion.The treatment course was 9 days.Results:The controls revealing rate in the treatment group with 85.00% was higher obviously than that in the control group with 68.33%.The medicine effective time in the treatment group was shorter significantly than that in the control group.After treatment,the direct eosinophils count were decreased remarkably in 2 groups.Moreover,the reduction degree in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.Meanwhile,the eosinophils normalization rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:It is a good curative effect of reconciling Shaoyang method on acute attack of bronchial asthma.
