抗炎合剂对脓毒症患者核因子NF-κB及炎症因子的影响

目的 观察抗炎合剂对脓毒症患者(热毒互结证)的临床疗效以及对NF-κB和炎症因子的调节作用.方法 将55例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组27例,治疗组28例.两组均于治疗前,治疗第3日,治疗第7日进行临床综合疗效和中医症状积分评估,抽取静脉血检测白介素(IL)-6及核因子(NF)-κB的变化.结果 治疗后两组中医症状疗效比较有明显差异.两组治疗第7日IL-6与治疗前组内比较,治疗组下降差异有统计学意义,对照组则无明显改变,两组治疗后第7日组间比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组下降明显.两组治疗后第7日NF-κB与治疗前组内比较明细改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组.结论 抗炎合剂能有效改善脓毒症患者中医症状疗效,减轻炎症反应.

Effect of Antiinflammatory Decoction on Nuclear Factor Capper B and Inflammation Mediator of Sepsis Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the regulation effect of antiinflammatory decoction on NF-κB and inflammatory mediators in sepsis patients.Methods:55 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.28 cases in the treatment group were treated with antiinflammatory decoction and consosiated with antibiotics therapy.The other 27 cases in the control group were only treated with the antibiotics therapy.All patient were scored according to the differentiations of syndromes in TCM before treatment,after treatment for 3 days and 7 days.Meanwhile,the interleukin-6 and nuclear factor capper B were detected in 2 groups.Results:There was a remarkable difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups in the effects about TCM syndromes treatment.After treatment for 7 days,the change degree of the IL-6 in the treatment group was superior to that before the treatment.Meanwhile,the NF-κB in both groups were obviously better than that before the treatment.There were some statistical differences between 2 groups in above indices.Conclusion:Antiinflammatory decoction could effectively cure the heat toxin syndrome of sepsis,especially in improving the patients,TCM syndromes.Meanwhile,it could effective refrain the levels of NF-κB and proinflammatory factor to express.
