| 摘 要： | 目的观察参附注射液对结直肠手术患者术后康复的作用。方法将185例结直肠手术患者随机分为参附组与对照组，均予常规治疗，治疗组加用参附注射液；对两组患者的死亡率、吻合口漏发生率、肛门排气时间、完全肠内营养时间及其它并发症数据进行分析。结果两组患者在死亡率、吻合口漏发生率及并发症发生率方面无明显差异，但参附组患者肛门排气时间及完全肠内营养时间较之对照组均显著缩短。结论参附注射液可促进结直肠手术患者术后肠道功能恢复，减少静脉营养时间，节省住院费用，缩短住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shenfu Injection in treatment of patients with colorectal surgery. Methods：Data from 185 patients with colorectal surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Mortality, anastomotic leakage, gas passing time, total oral intake time and other complications were documented and analyzed. Results： The gas passing time and total oral intake time were significantly shortened in treatment group compared with control group, while other outcomes did not show any difference. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can improve the recovery of bowl function and therefore shorten inpatient time. |
