参附注射液对家兔心脏骤停-心肺复苏模型循环恢复的影响

目的观察参附注射液对家兔缺氧型心脏骤停-心肺复苏 (CA- CPR)模型循环恢复的影响.方法 30只家兔随机分为三组,每组 10只;夹闭气管复制缺氧型 CA- CPR模型.预防组 (A组 )夹管前 10min、自主循环恢复后 8、 15min分别静注参附注射液,治疗组 (B组 )自主循环恢复后 8、 15、 22min静注参附注射液,对照组 (C组 )静注生理盐水,时间同 A组;监测夹管前后家兔的心电图、平均动脉压 (PAP)的变化,并记录开始 CPR至自主循环恢复时间和自主呼吸恢复时间、肾上腺素用量、撤呼吸机时间;自主循环维持 4h,并计算 4h存活率.结果三组 CPR成功率、 4h存活率相近;在自主循环恢复时间方面 A组明显快于 C组,在自主呼吸维持时间、肾上腺素用量、撤呼吸机时间方面则两组相近.结论参附注射液可明显缩短家兔缺氧型 CA- CPR模型的自主循环恢复时间,对促进 CA的循环恢复具有积极意义.

The Influence of Shenfu Injection(参附注射液 ) on the Circulatory Resuscitation of Asphyxiul Cardiopulmonary Arrest in Rabbits

S: Objectiv e:To observe the influence of Shenfu Injectionon the circulatory resus-citation of the cavy' s hypoxic cardiopulmonary arrest(CA)-cardiopulmo nary arrest(CPR)mod-el.Methods:30coventional(CV)Rabbits are randomly di vided into 3g roups.Every group has 10rabbits.CA -CPR model is made by the method of clippinging the rabbit' s trachea.Group A:Injecting Shenfu Injectio n10minutes before lipplinging the ra bbit' s trachea,8minutes and 15minute s after the circulation resuscitation.Group B:Injecting Shenfu Injection8minu tes,15minutes and 22minutes before lippli nging the rabbit' s trachea,8mi nutes and 15minutes afret the circulation resuscitation.Monito r the variatio n of the rabbits' electrocardiogram and Mean Artery Pressure(MAP).Record the time of independent circ ulation recovery and independent br eath re-covery,th e dosage of adrenaline inj ected and the time of evacuating the v entilator.Ind ependent circulation lasts 4hours and cacula te the survival rate of the 4hou rs.Results:There is no dif-ference of the CPR success rate and 4h ours' surv ival rate between the 3groups.I ndependent circulation recovery time of Group A is obviously shorter than of Group C.There is no difference of independent b reath lasting time,th e dosage of adrenaline injected and t he ventilator surpo rting time between group A and C.Conclusion:Shenfu Injection can shorten the i ndependent circula-tion recovery time of rabbit' s CA -CPR model.It is positi ve to prom ote the circulation recovery of cardiopulmonary arrest(CA).
