| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效方法。方法治疗组采用益气活血、温通散瘀之方药口服及灌肠,并与单纯口服中药组者(中药组)、丹那唑者(西药组)对比,均连续治疗3个月;观察各组症状、体征及B超检查的变化。结果治疗组有效率及受孕率高于中药组,受孕率高于西药组。结论益气活血方内服与灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the good clinical efficacy of the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was given the decoction by both oral medication and retention enema.Group B was given the decoction by oral medication only.Group C was given the Danazol only.All of the patients were treated for three months continuously.The symptons,signs and the examination results of B-mode Ultrasonic were detected and compared after the treatment.Results:There were significant differences among the three groups in efficacy and conception rate.The efficacy and conception rate of Group A was better than Group B.The conception rate of Group A was better than Group C.Conclusion:Qi-Invigorating and Blood Circulation-Promoting Decoction have good effect on endometriosis by both oral medication and retention enema. |
