复元通络汤对脑梗死恢复期（气虚血瘀证）的临床研究

目的观察复元通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期(气虚血瘀证)患者的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的72例脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用复元通络汤。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、NIHSS量表评分、巴氏指数评分、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标改变。结果1)中医临床疗效:治疗组总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为75.00%。2)神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活能力评分、日常生活能力评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标变化:两组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1周、2周及4周后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复元通络汤配合西医常规治疗可降低神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活能力,提高Fugl-Meyer运动评分,改善中医证候积分,改善血液流变学情况,有效地减少了脑梗死引起的后遗症。

Research of Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction on Cerebral Infarction(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome) in Recovery Period

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction on the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the recovery stage of cerebral infarction.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group were treated with Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction on that basis.The changes of neurological deficits score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score,NIHSS scale score,PAP index score,TCM symptom score and biochemical index were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.There were significant differences in neurological deficit score,ADL score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score,TCM syndrome score and hemorheology index in the each group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,there was statistical significances between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyuan Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine can reduce the degree of neurological deficit,and improve the ability of daily life,Fugl-Meyer motor score,TCM symptom score and hemorheology.The treatment effect is better than that of the control group,and it can effectively reduce the sequelae caused by cerebral infarction.
