| 摘 要： | "惊风"一词,历经千年而沿用至今。宋代《太平圣惠方》开始将惊风与痫证区别开,并载有急惊风、慢惊风之病名,后世均遵此说,沿用惊风之名。本文从历史沿革、各医家对"惊风"病名之辨以及病名分类3个方面论述惊风之病名,望对各位医家研究惊风一病有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The word of infantile convulsions has been used for thousands of years. Taiping Shenghui Fang from the Song Dynasty first distinguished convulsions from epilepsy,and contained the names of acute infantile convulsions and chronic infantile convulsion. Later generations have followed this saying,using the name of the infantile convulsions. This article discusses the name of infantile convulsions from three aspects:the historical evolution,the differentiation and the classification of the name of convulsion by various physicians. It is hoped that it will be helpful for all physicians to study the disease of infantile convulsions. |
