| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗蝰蛇咬伤的作用.方法将患者70例随机分为西医组及中西医结合组,分别予西医常规处理和中西医结合治疗.结果两组综合疗效相近,但中西医结合组在升高血小板及纤维蛋白原、延长部分活化凝血酶原时间、减少急性肾功能衰竭及血液透析次数、促进创面愈合、缩短疗程等方面优于西医组.结论中西医结合治疗蝰蛇咬伤疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Combined Ues of TCM and WM Therapy for snake-bite by Vipera. Methods: 70 patients were divided randomly into two groups, which in the WM group treated by the WM therapy only, while those in the TCM and WM group were treated with Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy. Results: There was no different between the two groups in final results, while patients in the TCM and WM group showed more improvement in raising platelets and fiber protein, extending actived partial thombplastin time, decreasing the risk ratio of acute kidney failure and the average time of hemodialysis acceleration the wound heal, shorting the admitted time. Conclusion: Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy have an excellent therapeatic effect for snake-bite by vipera |
