| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医药治疗登革热的临床疗效。方法开展随机对照研究，共入组登革热病例52例，其中观察组27例，对照组25例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上联合清瘟败毒饮加减及血必净注射液治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果在退热时间、中医证候评分、白细胞、血小板、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶方面，观察组的临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗登革热的临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical Observation on Dengue Fever Treated by Combination of Western Medicine and TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treating dengue fever. Methods： 52 cases with dengue fever were included in randomized controlled study and were divided into two groups with 27 cases in observation groupand 25 cases in control group. Routine western medicine was used in control group. Modified Qingwenbaidu Decoction and Xuebijing Injection based on the conventional therapy were added in observation group. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results： The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group,especially in reducing the cooling time,alleviating the symptoms,increasing the number of white blood cells and platelets,and alleviating the liver injury. Conclusion： The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of dengue fever is better than that of western medicine. |
