摘    要:目的 观察针刺辨证取穴法治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效.方法 将70例PSD患者随机分为两组,针刺组给予辨证取穴法治疗,药物组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊.治疗8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、主要躯体症状分析表进行临床疗效评定.结果 针刺组总有效率为94.29%,优于药物组之68.57%(P<0.05);针刺组在改善患者HAMD、主要躯体症状评分方面显著优于药物组(P< 0.01或P<0.05).结论 针刺辨证取穴法可以明显改善PSD症状和躯体症状.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on stroke patients with cognitive impairment. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medication group, drug group were given oral nimodipine, acupuncture group was treated on the basis of acupuncture Baihui, shenting treatment. Results: Acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness is 91.67% ;the medicine group the total effective rate was 76.67% ,the efficiency of two groups have significant difference (P〈 0.05);the two groups after treatment MMSE score before and after treatment to compare the group with a very significant difference (P〈0.01),the two groups were compared a very significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of acupuncture Baihui,shenting combined drug stroke cognitive impairment and clinical curative effect is better than the simple drug group, has the clinical value of application and popularization .
