针刺辨证取穴法治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床研究

目的 观察针刺辨证取穴法治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）的临床疗效.方法 将70例PSD患者随机分为两组,针刺组给予辨证取穴法治疗,药物组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊.治疗8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、主要躯体症状分析表进行临床疗效评定.结果 针刺组总有效率为94.29％,优于药物组之68.57％（P＜0.05）;针刺组在改善患者HAMD、主要躯体症状评分方面显著优于药物组（P＜ 0.01或P＜0.05）.结论 针刺辨证取穴法可以明显改善PSD症状和躯体症状.

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine on Stroke Patients with Cognitive Impairment

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on stroke patients with cognitive impairment. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medication group, drug group were given oral nimodipine, acupuncture group was treated on the basis of acupuncture Baihui, shenting treatment. Results： Acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness is 91.67% ;the medicine group the total effective rate was 76.67% ,the efficiency of two groups have significant difference （P〈 0.05）;the two groups after treatment MMSE score before and after treatment to compare the group with a very significant difference （P〈0.01）,the two groups were compared a very significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treatment of acupuncture Baihui,shenting combined drug stroke cognitive impairment and clinical curative effect is better than the simple drug group, has the clinical value of application and popularization .
