强心宁衰口服液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的观察强心宁衰口服液对慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效，探讨中医药治疗心力衰竭的机制。方法将慢性心力衰竭患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例，疗程60d，观察患者6分钟步行试验步行距离，左室射血分数BNP。结果6分钟步行距离比较：（1）两组6分钟步行距离均较治疗前略有下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；（2）治疗后两组间比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。左室射血分数比较：（1）两组值较治疗前均明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。BNP比较：（1）两组BNP值治疗后均较治疗前有所下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，BNP值亦明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论强心宁衰口服液配合常规西药能够改善心衰患者射血分数，提高6分钟步行距离，有效降低BNP，具有一定的抗心室重塑作用。

Study of Qiangxinningshuai Oral Liquid on Chronic Heart Failure

Objective： To observe the effect of Qiangxinningshuai Oral Liquid on chronic heart failure by detect- ing 6-minute walking distance,left ventficular ejection fraction （LVEF）,B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP） and other indicators. Methods： 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 patients in each group. After 60 days treatment, these indices were observed. Results： In aspect of 6 minutes walking distance, the time of both groups decreased slightly compared with before treatment and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment （P〈 0.05）. In aspect of LVEF,EF values of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment between the two groups： Com- pared with control group,EF in treatment group significantly increased and the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. In aspect of B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）,both BNP levels after treatment decreased and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment between the two groups： Compared with control group,BNP values were significantly lower in treatment group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qiangxinningshuai Oral Liquid plus conventional western medicine can improve ejection frac- tion in patients with heart failure,increase 6-minute walk distance,and reduce BNP. It has some effect Of anti- ventricular remodeling.
