中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病临床研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效,探讨小儿手足口病的治疗方案。方法选择患有手足口病的留观患儿121例,按自愿原则,将患儿分为A组37例,采用阿糖腺苷治疗;B组41例,采用热毒林注射液剂静滴+银翘散加减;C组43例,采用阿糖腺苷、热毒林注射液静滴,口服银翘散加减治疗。比较各组退热时间、疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、平均留观时间及临床疗效。结果 A组和B组在临床表现和临床效果方面差异无统计学意义。C组用药后的临床表现及临床效果均优于与A、B组。结论中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病为优选治疗方案。

Clinical Observation on Infantile Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hand-foot-mouth disease treated by integrative TCM and western medicine and to find a premium treatment plan.Methods: 121 children suffering from hand-footmouth disease were divided randomly into 3 groups.Group A was treated by vidarabine.Group B was treated by Redulin Injection and Yingqiao Powder.Group C was treated by vidarabine,Redulin Injection and Yingqiao Powder.The defervescence time,the oral ulcer healing time and the average observation time and the clinical effect in these groups were observed and compared.Results: There were no significant differences between group A and group B in these clinical effects.However,indices including the clinical effect and the clinical manifestation in the group C were superior to those in the group A and the group B.Conclusion: Integrative medicine is a premium treatment plan for hand-foot-mouth disease.
