黄芪注射液足三里穴位注射治疗银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭临床研究

目的 观察黄芪注射液足三里穴位注射对银环蛇咬伤引起呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用黄芪注射液双侧足三里穴位注射,治疗24 h后比较两组动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、pH值,5d后比较两组疗效,所有患者治疗结束后比较两组疗程及使用呼吸机时间.结果 治疗后两组PaO2、PaCO2水平差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,pH值相当（P＞0.05）;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组疗程、呼吸机平均使用时间均明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 黄芪注射液足三里穴位注射对银环蛇咬伤引起呼吸衰竭有良好疗效,能显著改善通气,减少呼吸机使用时间,缩短疗程.

Clinical Study of Astragalus Injection at Zusanli Acupoint Treating Respiratory Failure Caused by Coral Snakebite

Objective： To study the clinical effect of astragalus injection at Zusanli acupoint treating respiratory failure caused by coral snakebite. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment. In additional to conventional treatment,the treatment group was given astragalus injection at Zusanli acupoint. Changes of arterial blood PaO2,PaCO2, and pH of the two groups were compared after 24 h. Clinical effects of the two groups were also compared 5 d later. The period of treatment and the time of using ventilator were compared after treatment. Results： PaO2 and PaCO2 of the two groups have obvious differences after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was little difference on pH between both groups （P〉 0.05）. The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. The period of treatment and the average time of using ventilator were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus injection at Zusanli acupoint has good effect treating respiratory failure caused by coral snakebite. It can significantly improve ventilation, reduce the time of using ventilator, and shorten the period of treatment.
