参麦注射液联合贞芪扶正颗粒对急性白血病化疗预后影响的临床对比研究

目的 观察参麦注射液联合贞芪扶正颗粒对急性白血病化疗的预后效果,为临床治疗提供有效依据.方法 选取68例均处于化疗期急性白血病患者,随机分为两组,对照组34例患者采用贞芪扶正颗粒治疗,34例患者实验组在此基础上合用参麦注射液,分别观察两组患者的治疗前后造血功能变化、细胞因子水平、临床疗效并进行统计学分析.结果 治疗后,实验组患者的白细胞数、血小板数、血红蛋白数明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.实验组患者的肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-2的水平与对照组相比明显升高（P＜0.05）,同时白介素-4、白介素-10比对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）.实验组的患者治疗后显效和总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,实验组的无效率比对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）.结论 参麦注射液联合贞芪扶正颗粒对急性白血病化疗的预后效果有明显的影响,显著改善患者造血功能,改善患者的预后.

Clinical Comparative Study on the Prognosis Effect of Acute Leukemia Chemotherapy with Shenmai Injection Combined with Zhenqifuzheng Particles

Objective：To study the prognosis effect of acute leukemia chemotherapy with SMI joint Zhenqifuzheng liquid particles,providing an effective basis for clinical treatment.Methods：68 cases of patients with acute leukemia in chemotherapy,treated in our hospital during March 2012 to March 2014,were randomly divided into two groups,34 ones treated with Zhenqifuzheng particle therapy （control group）,and the other 34 ones treated with SMI joint Zhenqifuzheng liquid particles therapy.Based on different methods of treatment,changes were observed in the hematopoietic function,cytokine levels,and the clinical effects before and after treatment and were statistically analyzed.Results：Before treatment,the numbers of white blood cell,platelet,and hemoglobin of the two groups were basically the same;after treatment,the data of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P＜ 0.05）.Tumor necrosis factor and the level of interleukin-2 in the experimental group were significantly higher compared with the control group（P＜ 0.05）,while interleukin-4 and interleukin-10 were significantly lower than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Patients in the experimental group after treatment had a remarkably and significantly higher total efficiency （P＜0.05）,while the inefficiencies of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜ 0.05）,which were statistically significant.Conclusion：Shen Mai Injection combined with Zhenqifuzheng particles has a significant impact on the prognosis of acute leukemia chemotherapy and significantly improves patients＇ hematopoietic function,beneficial to their prognosis.
