| 摘 要： | 目的 观察斜圆刃针治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法 将120例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例.治疗组予斜圆刃针治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,比较两组临床症状评分、临床疗效.结果 经过10d的治疗后,治疗组临床症状评分、临床总有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 斜圆刃针治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of oblique circular edged needle treating cervical vertigo. Methods： 120 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was given oblique circular edged needle therapy while control group was given acupuncture therapy. Clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy of both groups were evaluated. Results： After 10 days of treatment,clinical symptom score as well as total efficiency of treatment group were better than those of control group. Conclusion： Oblique circular edged needle has certain effect in treating cervical vertigo. |
