大承气汤加味治疗急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

目的 观察大承气汤加味胃管内注入联合灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的疗效.方法 将30例患者随机分成两组.对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用大承气汤加味胃管注入联合灌肠.结果 治疗组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间,肠鸣音恢复时间,排便、排气恢复时间,禁食天数、住ICU天数、总住院天数均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.治疗组在治疗的第4日腹内压水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 大承气汤胃管内注入联合灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能障碍疗效确切.

Clinical Study of Dachengqi Decoction in Tube Injection Treating Acute Pancreatitis Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Objective： To observe Dachengqi Decoction combined with enema treating acute pancreatitis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods： 15 acute pancreatitis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated according to standard guidelines. The treatment group was given Dachengqi Decoction in tube injection combined with enema. The gastrointestinal function recovery and intra-abdominal pressure change were observed. Results： The abdominal pain, abdominal distention relief time,recovery time of bowel sounds,bowel and exhaust recovery time,fasting days,the number of days in ICU and total hospital stay of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group. Intra-abdominal pressure level of treatment group was significantly lower in the fourth day than that of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Dachengqi Decoction in tube injection combined with enema treating acute pancreatitis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction is effective.
