摘    要:目的 观察葛根素对血管性痴呆(VaD)大鼠腩组织Na+-K+-A3TP酶的含量及病理学改变的影响.方法 采用中动脉阻塞法制备VaD动物模型,检测脑组织含量,HE染色病理及梗死体积变化.结果 模型组较空白组海马及大脑皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶含量减少,神经元丢失及胶质细胞增生,大脑梗死面积明显增加.葛根素组较模型组海马及大脑皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶含量、神经元损伤得以恢复,大脑梗死体积有所改善.结论 葛根素对血管性痴呆有一定防治作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of puerarin on Na+-K+-ATPase levels of brain and pathologic changes in vascular dementia(VaD) rats.Methods:The VaD rat model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion.The Na+-K+-ATPase levels of brain,pathologic changes(by HE staining) and infarct sizes were measured.Results:Compared with blank group,the Na+-K+-ATPase levels in cerebral cortex and hippocampus were reduced,the nerve cells were damaged,the glial cells proliferated and the infarct sizes were augmented,...
