腹针“引气归元”针法联合鼓室注射治疗暴聋(气血亏虚证)临床研究

目的观察腹针"引气归元"针法联合鼓室注射治疗暴聋(气血亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法选取暴聋(气血亏虚证)患者90例,随机分3组,联合治疗组采用腹针"引气归元"针法治疗联合鼓室注射治疗,常规治疗组采用银杏叶提取物静脉注射联合鼓室注射治疗,腹针治疗组采用腹针"引气归元"针法治疗,对疗效进行统计学分析。结果联合治疗组治疗后在听力改善、耳鸣、耳闷症状方面缓解均优于常规治疗组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组眩晕较治疗前均有改善。结论腹针"引气归元"针法联合鼓室注射治疗暴聋(气血亏虚证)效果良好。

Clinical Study on Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Intratympanic Steroid Therapy for Sudden Deafness with Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with intratympanic steroid therapy for patients with sudden deafness with qi and bolld deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with the diagnosis of sudden deafness were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.The combined group was treated with abdominal acupuncture of"inducing qi to return to the yuan",combined with intratympanic steroid therapy;the conventional group was treated with intravenous injection of ginkgo biloba extract combined with intratympanic steroid therapy;the abdominal acupuncture group was treated with abdominal acupuncture of"inducing qi to return to the yuan".Statistical analysis of curative effect was conducted.Results:The combined group was better than the conventional group in hearing improvement,tinnitus and ear fullness relief after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vertigo was improved compared with before treatment.Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture of"inducing qi to return to the yuan"combined with intratympanic steroid therapy has a good effect in treating deafness with deficiency of qi and blood.
