| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效及其可能作用机理.方法临床研究用随机分组单盲对照观察256例急性缺血性中风;实验研究用埋线法造成大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞模型,观察大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞模型对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的影响.结果醒脑静注射液能降低急性脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损积分及MCAO大鼠神经功能缺损积分,降低MCAO大鼠下丘脑CRH、血浆ACTH、CORT水平,改善下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴形态学异常.结论醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗塞有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与改善下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴功能有关.

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection (XNJI) in treating acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy (AICA) and its mechanism. Methods :. 256 patients with AICA were observed in a randomized,single-blind and controlled trial. In experimental study, the rat model of reversible middle cerebral artery, occlusion (MCAO) was established by thread burial method and its influence on hypothalamus-pituitary-a-drenocortical axis (HP A axis) was observed. Results: XNJI decreased defective integral of nervous function both of AICA patients and MCAO rats,lowered levels of CRH in hypothalamus and plasma ACTH and CORT of MCAO rats, and improved morphological abnormity of HPA axis. Conclusion: XNJI has significant effect in treating acute cerebral infarction and its mechanism mav be related to its effect on HPA axis. |
