| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自拟清肠凉血汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将66例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组口服清肠凉血汤;对照组予美沙拉嗪控释剂.两组均治疗4周,观察两组临床疗效及中医主要症状积分.结果 治疗组临床疗效及中医主要症状改善情况明显优于对照组.结论 清肠凉血汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎具有良好疗效,且无明显不良反应.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qingchangliangxue Decoction on active ulcerative colitis.Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(received Qingchangliangxue Decoction) and control group(received mesalazine) .Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect and the clinical symptoms scores were measured.Results:The total effective rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.... |
