| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药胃肠舒片促进胃肠动力作用机理。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、胃肠舒小剂量组、胃肠舒大剂量组、西沙必利组。除正常对照组外,其余4组均制备胃肠动力障碍动物模型,分别用等容积的受试药液灌胃,连续7d,将各组动物麻醉后选取胃肠标本。免疫组化法观察神经递质Ach及P物质的表达变化,采用图像分析仪测定其肌间神经丛光密度值。结果中药胃肠舒片能明显增加胃肠组织中Ach及P物质分泌,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论中药胃肠舒促进胃肠动力的作用机制,可能是通过增加胃肠道Ach及P物质分泌,Ach及P物质与相应受体结合,增加胞内Ca2+浓度,Ca2+信号系统引发一系列生理功能,从而促进胃肠平滑肌的收缩效应。
